Great to meet you!

Hi there — I’m Jennifer Gattuso, and I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and/or attention/ADHD challenges. My goal is to help you feel truly seen and supported — to create a space where you can breathe, be yourself, and begin to move toward a life that feels more aligned and peaceful. Clients describe me as warm, empowering and open-minded. Please call or email directly or go to my website to schedule a consultation call!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership: it’s your story, your goals, and together we find the path that fits you. From the moment we connect, you’ll have a safe, non-judgmental place to explore what’s been holding you back, and to uncover what you’re ready to grow into. My style is grounded in compassion and connection — I strive to make you feel accepted and supported from day one.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll take the time to get to know one another — your story, what you’re hoping for, and what you’d like to change. Then we’ll map out a plan together, tailored to your pace and your needs, so you begin to feel clearer, stronger and more equipped to move forward. You’ll leave the session with an experience of working together, some initial momentum and a sense of what change can feel like.

Specialties: Anxiety, depression, trauma and ADHD/attention-related concerns. Ideal clients: Teens, adults and older adults who are ready to build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful change.

If you’re ready for a therapy experience where you matter, your goals are front and center, and you’re supported every step of the way — I’d be honored to work with you.
