Great to meet you!
I have been working as a licensed clinical psychologist since 2004. My specialties include child development, adolescent development, family systems, parenting support, and help with children with neurodevelopmental struggles that may impact their school, friends and family. I have extensive training in helping young families adjust to parenting, help parents with concepts around how they work together to parent their children, discipline, and parent support. I also use evidence based treatments for depression and anxiety, as well as help with life adjustments. Additional areas of specialty include life changes, postpartum support, transition to college, transition to high school, adjustment to new schools or places to live, all can come with psychological impact.
In addition to private practice I currently work at Kaiser Permanente, Santa Rosa where I have worked for the past 20 years. I am also the clinical training director for the Doctoral Internship and Postdoctoral Residency Program (APA accredited). I am a graduate of The California School of Professional Psychology, Alameda.
