Great to meet you!
With an expertise in neurodivergence, relationships and trauma including, but not limited to, medical trauma, I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families going through difficult times and navigating new, difficult diagnosis' or dealing with any sort of trauma. Families often times need help understanding each other and feeling heard, and need direction and support in getting there. A lot of times a new diagnosis, from autism to cancer, a family needs help understanding what that means for each member of the family or navigating a new diagnosis on their own. I help in all areas of understanding and feeling heard
I provide a safe space that is free of judgment and will work hand in hand with you to help you achieve any goals, provide hope and support, and also get you to where you want to be. I believe that family comes first and strive to help families stay together, though I understand that is not always a possibility, in which case I will help make this transition. Trained at Colorado Christian University allows me to be able to offer a Christian based support should you want that.
Life is a journey with many twists and turns. We do not always end up where we thought we would be and many times there have been things that have left hurt or pain in our lives a long the way. I am here to walk beside you in your journey and to help over come any emotional scars that may have been left and are preventing you from moving forward.
