Great to meet you!

Jennifer Is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working in the field of trauma and psychotherapy for over 20 years. In the past few years, she has added the focus of mental health and integrative medicine, incorporating more mind and body focused approaches to treatment. Additionally, Jennifer offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic preparation and harm reduction support, and psychedelic integration.

My approach to therapy

She is a compassionate therapist who values her relationships with clients and who works hard to effectively provide education, feedback, and a variety of strategies to address their presenting issues and challenges. She works with her clients to enhance their self-awareness, understand their sources of stress, discover their inner strengths and resilience, and improve their effectiveness for long-term results. Jennifer believes in empowering people to work through life's challenging experiences. She is dedicated to working with her clients on identifying the source of distress or difficulty and developing strategies to improve their lives. Her ideal client is an adult who is navigating the challenges of life, family, or peer relationships, family planning, or parenting.

What you can expect from me

Jennifer conducts an hour-long intake session for the first appointment to increase her understanding of you in the context of your life, as well as to understand your treatment goals and explore relevant treatment recommendations and your preferred treatment approaches.
