Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Somatic Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping adults and teens heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and chronic stress or illness.

My work combines body-based, trauma-informed, and creative therapies to help regulate the nervous system, release stored trauma, and rebuild resilience, confidence, and connection.

In our sessions, we may integrate movement, expressive arts, mindfulness, or guided somatic practices to support emotional regulation and transformation—especially when words alone aren’t enough.

If you’re struggling with panic attacks, trauma symptoms, burnout, grief, or relationship stress, therapy can help you find clarity and ease again. You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported in your healing. Together we’ll create a path toward balance, empowerment, and authentic connection—through the body, creativity, and compassionate care.

(Currently accepting clients in New York and Massachusetts; telehealth and in-person sessions available.)

My approach to therapy

I practice Integrative Psychotherapy, drawing from Somatic Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and DBT-informed tools. We’ll explore emotional, physical, and relational patterns with curiosity and compassion.

If you’ve experienced complex trauma, anxiety, depression, or chronic overwhelm, we’ll begin by building safety, grounding, and awareness of how your body holds stress. Over time, you’ll learn to use breath, movement, imagery, and expressive arts as resources for self-regulation and healing.

This process helps improve focus, mood, and emotional balance, and supports those navigating ADHD, grief, or life transitions. Each session is collaborative, gentle, and paced to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to slow down and reconnect. We’ll discuss your goals, current challenges, and what’s most important to you. You’ll be introduced to grounding, mindfulness, and body-awareness practices to help reduce stress right away.

We’ll explore how your mind, body, and emotions interact, identifying tools you can use between sessions to build resilience.

You’ll leave feeling understood, calmer, and hopeful, with a clearer sense of how somatic and creative approaches can help you move forward.
