Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping clients navigate anxiety, divorce and divorce recovery, all stages of parenting, and women’s issues such as postpartum mood disorders, midlife transitions, and perimenopause/menopause. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative with a touch of humor mixed in. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and build lives that feel more fulfilling and authentic.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and learning more about your goals. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, relationships, and history so we can begin to understand the bigger picture together.
