Great to meet you!

Motherhood changes you—but that doesn't mean you have to lose yourself along the way.

Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby, adjusting to life with a newborn, juggling the demands of raising children, navigating divorce while parenting, or wondering who you are now that your children need you less, every stage of motherhood brings new challenges. These transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or uncertain about what's next. You don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe every stage of motherhood deserves support.

There isn't one "right" way to navigate change, and you don't have to carry everything on your own. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your stress, build practical tools to manage anxiety and overwhelming emotions, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences because your journey deserves individualized care.

Whether you're caring for a newborn or learning to embrace a new chapter as your children become more independent, my goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and confident in who you are—both as a mother and as an individual.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and learning more about your goals. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, relationships, and history so we can begin to understand the bigger picture together.
