Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jennifer. I became a therapist by first being introduced to therapy as a client myself. I initially had difficulty finding a good fit, but eventually, I found the right therapist and got the treatment I needed. I have been doing virtual therapy for a little over one year. My background is in private practice, residential and outpatient settings, group, individual, family, and couples therapy, as well as dual diagnosis settings for both addiction and psychiatric diagnoses.

My approach to therapy

I use a nonjudgmental stance in my approach in order to optimize healing and allow for personal growth in a safe space. I will encourage you to be nonjudgmental, but accountable, with yourself and others while avoiding personalizing issues that do not belong to you.

What you can expect from me

We will ensure that you are an active participant in your therapy, as you are truly the expert in yourself. We will get to know each other before determining which type of therapy will work for you, as every person, relationship, and situation is unique.
