Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides mental health therapy to teens and adults who are struggling with the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, low esteem and challenges associated with sexual identity. It is my belief that therapy should be a safe space, free from fear and judgment, that allows for building trust to encourage you to be your authentic self. My goal is meet the client where they are at for the best obtainable outcome.

My approach to therapy

I utilize various psychotherapy approaches that focus on identifying and changing problematic thoughts, feelings and behaviors to guide clients on exploring the root causes which cause continued pain. My clinical experience and expertise include adolescents, teenagers, adults and couples in addressing various types of traumas, depression, anxiety, ineffective communication skills, stress and anger management and specific issues impacting those of the LGBTQ+ and military and veteran communities.

What you can expect from me

You are leader of your journey and together we will build on your authentic self. I strive to provide all of clients with the opportunity to be heard and share their story in a safe, judgment-free environment. My experience includes a vast array of clinical settings, environments and international social work practice which provides valuable insight into cultural diversity and healing from within.
