Great to meet you!

Pregnant or a new mom and find yourself saying, "I need sleep and I can't stop thinking about all this!", "What is something happens?", "No one else can take care of my baby better than I". Does your child or teen struggle with stress and worry? If this is you, you are not alone. Your day does not have to be filled with countless hours of worry or uncertainty. Schedule a consultation today and let's get brighter days ahead! This space if for you!

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-life understanding. I’m not only a clinician—I’m also someone who has personally experienced anxiety, panic, and grief. I believe deeply in the resilience of the human spirit and the possibility for meaningful change.

Parents often find comfort in learning more about their child’s development while gaining practical tools to support them at home. Children benefit from a safe, engaging play space where they can express themselves and grow.

If you're ready to feel more connected, confident, and supported, I invite you to take the next step. Schedule a consultation today, and let’s begin your journey toward hope and transformation.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative and authentic process where you are welcomed exactly as you are. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. Whether you’re navigating stress, divorce, the transition back to work as a mother, overwhelming emotions, or grief, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to heal.

My approach is strengths-based and grounded in connection. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

When working with children, I use developmentally appropriate methods such as play therapy, expressive arts, and sandtray. For children, play is their language—and toys, art, and creative expression become the tools they use to communicate, process emotions, and move toward healing. I also partner closely with parents, offering guidance and support to help you better understand your child and feel more confident at home.

Above all, I believe healing happens through connection, and that growth is always possible.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for connection, understanding, and beginning your journey toward clarity and balance. We’ll take time to explore what’s been weighing on you—your concerns, experiences, and what’s bringing you to therapy right now.

You are in the driver’s seat. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My role is to listen, support, and gently guide the conversation with openness, warmth, and curiosity.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what meaningful change could look like in your life. This is the start of a collaborative process where you don’t have to figure things out alone.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I invite you to schedule a session. I look forward to connecting with you and walking alongside you during this important time.
