Great to meet you!

I believe in the power of connection - between people, their bodies, and the world around them. I bring over a decade of experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, burnout, and the weight of trying to do it all. My work is deeply rooted in social justice, community care, and healing. I’ll meet you where you are with warmth, humor, and real tools to help you reconnect with your true self, break unhelpful patterns, and feel seen, safe, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in both clinical expertise and real-life experience. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, physical sensations, and patterns of behavior to create lasting change. I use a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach that acknowledges the complexity of your experiences while helping you break cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Healing is not linear, and my goal is to help you find a sense of balance, motivation, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll walk away with practical tools that help you manage anxiety, break patterns of self-doubt, and reconnect with your body and emotions. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your nervous system works, how depression and anxiety show up in your life, and how to gently shift those patterns. But most importantly, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, more confident, and more connected to your true self, with a stronger sense of meaning and direction in your life. No pressure to have it all figured out, just a commitment to moving forward, one step at a time. It is a huge step that you are here and you should be proud of yourself for that. I look forward to hearing from you!
