Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health, trauma care, neurodivergence, and family support. I earned my MSW from the University of Southern California, hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, and I’m EMDR trained and certified in Collaborative Problem Solving. I work with neurodivergent teens and adults, as well as parents and families who are tired of feeling like every conversation becomes a puzzle, a power struggle, or a full-blown group project no one signed up for. My approach is warm, practical, collaborative, and appropriately funny, with a focus on understanding what’s really driving the behavior and finding strategies that work in actual life—not just on paper.
