If you have been through a traumatic experience, whether that’s the death of a loved one, accident, divorce, loss of a job, or many other difficult experiences, life can feel too hard. Anxiety and depression seem to take over.
Jennifer Gross, LCSW, ACHP-SW, ASW-G, is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, service members, veterans, and their families through life’s most challenging experiences. She brings extensive expertise in trauma-focused care, grief counseling, and evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and interventions for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
With advanced certification in hospice and palliative care, Jennifer also works with individuals and families coping with serious or life-limiting illnesses, including cancer. She understands the emotional, relational, and existential challenges that accompany both military service and significant health changes, and she provides a safe, compassionate space for clients to process their experiences.
Drawing on years of clinical leadership and direct care, Jennifer is committed to fostering resilience, strengthening relationships, and empowering clients to navigate transitions with dignity, courage, and hope.
