Great to meet you!

Welcome

As a licensed psychologist, I know that mental health directly impacts the quality of our lives. It can be difficult to take the first step to beginning therapy. I have years of training and experience to support you in your journey towards wellness and a higher quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I see myself as part of team where I am sharing my expertise to support you in achieving your goals. Sometimes therapy is active where we develop solutions and strategies to specific issues. I have been trained in research supported therapies that have helped many clients over the years. Sometimes therapy is more reflective, where what you need is a warm, caring person to listen and validate your life experieinces. As your psychologist, my role is to help you with both.

What you can expect from me

Many clients walk away with skills and strategies that they use long after their work with me. Equally important, clients walk away with more self-compassion and a fresh perspective that enhances their quality of life.
