A bit about me, I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from University of California, Irvine. My professional experience has primarily focused on supporting older adults and veterans in various settings. I have developed strong skills in patient advocacy, psychosocial assessment, care coordination and providing overall emotional wellbeing support. As I continue to grow in my career, I am eager to expand my expertise by working with diverse populations and exploring new areas within social work. I am passionate about fostering holistic well-being and creating positive change in the lives of those I serve.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in helping adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients understand their patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I bring a direct, open-minded, and curious style to my work. I meet each client where they are, while empowering them to take an active role in their healing.
