I am passionate about working with couples or individuals coping with stress, relationship discord or communication issues. My professional and personal experiences have provided with a great appreciation for how brave and resilient us humans are. I have a kind, nurturing and gently personality. I greatly appreciate these straits and utilize them help the client feel better about themselves or see a different, healthier perspective to their situation.

I want your counseling experience to be positive and affirming from the beginning. It is important for me the client feels comfortable and at ease. I use kindness and humor to build that rapport. Throughout the counseling process, I am hopeful the client will feel more encouraged to set and accomplish healthy goals for themselves.

After a session with me, the client(s) should walk away feeling a sense of relief. If the client just needs to cry talk or vent .. that is great with me. I will join and support the client however they need. It is important to me that after each session, the client feels acknowledged, validated and empowered.
