Great to meet you!

15 years of experience. Certified in EMDR,Safe & Sound, DBT, Neurodiversity, and Biofeedback. I am also a qualified SAP that can do your DOT evaluation and a certified Special Education Teacher and Counselor that can do testing on learning disabilities and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I find that first helping you understand what is going on, then providing you with tools or using EMDR to desensitize the activation, is the best type of therapy. Individuals who enjoy gaming, movies, music, etc., are some of my best success stories! NO pushing down thoughts; we face them head-on and help you heal and deal with big emotions.

What you can expect from me

Did you know humans are wired for safety and connection? I would love to help you achieve both by using a variety of tools that provide you with the knowledge and power to work through those feelings rather than fight, hide, or escape them. Feelings are messengers, and we will decode the message together and equip you with the tools to achieve the goals you desire.
