Great to meet you!

I'm a doctoral-level licensed psychologist who completed both a clinical residency and a postdoctoral fellowship at Yale University's Child Study Center. I trained under leading experts in autism, ADHD, specific learning disorders, parent-child interaction therapy, infant and early childhood mental health, and anxiety-related disorders. I hold an Infant Mental Health Endorsement®, have specialty training in perinatal mental health, and offer individual and family therapy services to address sleep, anxiety-related concerns, and individual and family adjustment to chronic medical conditions — an area where I have extensive experience. Parents of young children can also access telehealth support for behavioral and/or developmental concerns, as well as adjustment concerns following family transitions.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built around families with demanding schedules: therapy sessions are held evenings and weekends, and intake and progress monitoring paperwork is completed online.

My therapy services are tailored to each unique client, family, and situation. What doesn’t change is my warmth, undivided attention, care, or reliance upon evidence-based clinical practice.

I accept both private pay clients and clients with insurance as listed on this profile. My approach to therapy is warm and inviting. Depending on the identified concern I may use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, rational-emotive behavior therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based treatment approaches.

If you're looking for a skilled professional who genuinely cares about you, your family, and your child, I'd welcome the chance to work with your family.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation about what's happening, what you've tried, and what you're hoping will change. You'll leave with my initial impressions and a plan. Sessions after that are practical, supportive, and often skills-focused. I may work directly with you, with your child, or you and your children or together. I may suggest something to practice between regular appointments and will check in on whether it's helping along the way. All therapy is by telehealth, evenings and weekends.
