As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression , self esteem, parenting, relationships, and more. I am passionate about helping others and hope that together we can find the solutions to your concerns.

I create a safe space for you to explore what you are feeling in a nonjudgmental environment . I use a strengths-based and empowerment approach. I also use Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy to help clients gain the skills to manage their emotions and learn skills to cope with life situations.

We will create a plan to build the life you envision for yourself, and I will guide and support you every step of the way.
