Great to meet you!

Greetings, and welcome to this space. It's just for you. A place to be seen, heard, and supported in your journey. There is no right or wrong way to enter in. This is a place of non-judgment and safety, with personalized input, feedback, and guidance. You're trying to figure things out. I am here to help.

My approach to therapy

I am about being present and available for the work of therapy about creating a space of safety and trust, honoring the integrity of those who have invited me in. Life is a journey. I consider it a privilege to share the journey of those I meet to facilitate the process of understanding and growth.

What you can expect from me

My focus in therapy is to pay attention to the process of those I meet to help them heal, grow and thrive. Life and work, being and doing are not segmented, disjointed activities. It's all connected. Who we are is comprised of what we think, feel, believe, and do, which results in the people we become. It's complicated. And simple.

My approach is real. I want to get to know you. I can't and won't start offering input until I get a bit of an understanding of who you are. My patients have told me that they feel welcomed and encouraged. I am approachable, genuine, and relatable.

Accomplishing your treatment goals will be our priority together. We will establish what they are and outline the path for reaching them. Therapy is not a linear process. It often involves what is called a "spiral dynamic". Check-in and review, self-report measures, and exploration of barriers will help keep us on track until your goals are met.
