Great to meet you!

I have 24 years of experience doing clinical work with children and families. I have also worked with couples and have done marital work. I have been successful with helping many people attain their treatment goals over the years.

My approach to therapy

I am very strengths-based and therefore like to start with looking at the positive strengths of a person or family. I view that my job is to help clients to achieve goals that are meaningful to them and to help them be the best version of who they can be.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients feel an increase in their self-esteem and happiness. I try to help clients to increase their satisfaction with their lives and relationships. I also want to help clients learn and practice healthy coping skills to manage distressful psychiatric symptoms that may impede their ability to fulfill their life's goals.
