Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working in community mental health, co-occurring substance use treatment, and residential care settings. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use challenges, mood disorders, relationship stress, and major life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected and supported without judgement. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build insight, emotional stability, and healthier coping strategies.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and supported without judgement. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's individual needs and experiences. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use challenges, mood disorders, relationship stress, and life transitions. My background in community health and co-occurring substance use treatment allows me to support clients facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I draw from CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and the goals you hope to work toward. I strive to create a supportive and comfortable environment where you can speak openly without pressure or judgement. Together, we'll begin identifying areas of focus and developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process moving forward.
