Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who values creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I bring both professional training and lived experience into the room, which helps me connect with clients on a genuine level. My background includes working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients who have felt misunderstood or silenced, and I aim to meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we work together.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I integrate different therapeutic approaches—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral tools, somatic awareness, and mindfulness—depending on what will best support your healing and growth. I believe in blending evidence-based strategies with deep emotional understanding, while also honoring your unique story, culture, and strengths. Therapy with me is a balance of gentle exploration, practical tools, and accountability that helps you move forward while feeling grounded and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with greater clarity, emotional relief, and concrete tools for navigating life’s challenges. My hope is that you’ll feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and more supported in your relationships. Each session is designed to help you not only process what you’re carrying, but also to build practical strategies and a deeper sense of self-trust. Over time, you can expect to feel more resilient, more self-compassionate, and better equipped to create the life and connections you desire.
