Great to meet you!

I bring a warm demeanor, inquisitive nature, and playfulness to therapy. I have experience working with individuals and families across all stages of life, from infants to adults. I specialize in addressing trauma, attachment disruptions, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges within families. In my life before private practice, I worked in the Ventura County foster care system helping kiddos and their families cope with new challenges and to thrive in their environment.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, creating a supportive environment where clients can safely explore and process their emotions. My goal is to empower clients to discover their own solutions, fostering personal growth and healing at their pace. I am able to work with clients in office or via telehealth to meet their individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals for this journey, a bit about your background, and complete some paperwork. Long-term, you can expect to develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication in your relationships, and build stronger emotional resilience to navigate life’s challenges more effectively.
