Great to meet you!

HI! I am a neurodivergent therapist, that has a passion for mental health. I have been a therapist since 2010 and in some form of social services since 2001. I specialize in ADHD, chronic health- especially allergies, celiac disease, and the autoimmune world, and women's mental health.

My approach to therapy

I am dedicated to helping you where you are mentally. I won't push you to do things that you are not ready for. I will help you confront those barriers and find ways to reach your goals, but at your pace, without shame. My style is strength based. I also believe that my job is to help you learn all you can so that one day, you know as much as I do, and I have worked myself out of a job.

What you can expect from me

I often assign homework (not necessarily a worksheet, but something for you to practice between meetings) so that our sessions have a bigger impact that the hour we meet. I also will confront things as needed and when you are ready. Again, this is to help your therapy have a bigger impact than the time we are together. I will also give you resources, names of books, links to articles, or videos that you can follow up and learn more about the topic at hand that we're addressing. I am a curious person and want to know as much as I can about how you interpret the world the way you do, so that I can help you overcome the barriers in your life.
