Jennifer Hofer

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal wellness through prioritizing their mental health needs. I am also dual certified in general medicine as an adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner so I have a strong background in chronic disease management and discovering how that can play a roll in our mental health. I enjoy working with all individuals regardless of age, race, gender, sexuality, religious background, or political beliefs. You are welcome and cared for here. I currently see individuals age 18 and older.

I am particularly drawn to assisting those seeking support for ADHD across the lifespan, anxiety, trauma rooted mental health struggles, neurocognitive decline/dementia, and mood disorders. With over 10 years of practice as an NP and 15+ in the field of nursing, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, focusing on the mind-body connection.

Whether you are dealing with the emotional challenges that come with navigating chronic illness or managing mental health struggles separate from any physical illness, my focus is on treating you as a whole person.
