I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for lifelong learning. I earned my BS in Psychology from the University of Utah and my MS in Human Development and Family Studies, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Utah State University. Recently, I expanded my expertise by earning a Level One Qualified Teaching Certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from Brown University. I’m committed to continually growing to better support my clients’ journey.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming space to help you achieve your unique goals and enhance happiness, harmony, and peace. I draw on Systems Theory, Mindfulness CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory to tailor our work to your needs. By integrating mindfulness, I help you connect mind, body, and spirit, reduce stress, and cultivate self-compassion, empowering you to be present and improve relationships with yourself and others.
Everyone needs support, especially during difficult times. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and make positive changes. I am here to support and empower you. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, or strained parent-child relationships, we can work together to find solutions. I offer individual and family therapy for those 13 and older, though I do not provide couples therapy. Therapy creates a safe space to be heard, validated, and foster growth beyond sessions.
