I am a seasoned therapist focused on helping you build a happier and healthier life. I am a New York transplant now living in Minneapolis. I come from a multiethnic family and I have created my own multiethnic family. I have personal experience with adoption. I also have personal experience with co-parenting and blended families. I am a queer cisgender woman. I am committed to racial and social justice.

I focus on helping you build and maintain healthy relationships: personal, professional, romantic & sexual relationships. I offer individual, couples, & sex therapy.

I practice from a feminist perspective & look at therapy as a collaboration. You are important, worthy, & the expert in your own life despite the many systems of oppression giving you contrary messages.

For couples: I offer premarital counseling, relationship therapy, discernment therapy, & retreats.

In individual counseling we can talk through trauma, negative thoughts, adjustments, questions of identity, happiness, or life goals.
