Great to meet you!

I'm Jenn, and I'm here to offer you a compassionate space to heal and grow so that you can stop being bullied by your thoughts and have better relationships.

I'm a graduate of OLLU in San Antonio, TX and have worked in a variety of settings including acute, outpatient, correctional, and addiction/rehab. What does that mean? It means I'm used to working with people at the most challenging points in their lives - including times when they feel frustrated, ashamed, angry, isolated, and powerless.

My approach to therapy

I blend together several types of therapy including: reshaping thoughts that bother you (CBT), reducing the power of your triggers (ERP), building better control of your emotions and growing relationship skills (DBT), exploring who you are (Rogerian), and exploring your strengths so you can use them for the change you want to see in your life (positive psychology).

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be respected, valued, listened to and supported. You'll better understand your symptoms and you'll have the power to influence what we do in therapy about them.
