As a licensed clinical therapist, I believe we all need a sense of stability and well-being to thrive in life. I understand seeking support for your mental health is often the toughest step and I am glad to see you here. For the last 10 years, I’ve been working with adults, adolescents, and couples who struggle with a variety of mental health difficulties including, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, relationship and family issues, and difficult life transitions.

I believe you are the unique expert in your own story, and with this in mind, I strive to provide a supportive, respectful, safe space where you will be able to share and explore vulnerable thoughts and feelings.
