A bit about my approach to therapy

My Approach to Therapy

Starting the journey of healing can feel daunting, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you until you to get to where you want to be. I believe you are the unique expert in your own story, and with this in mind, I strive to provide a supportive, respectful, safe space where you will be able to share and explore vulnerable thoughts and feelings.
