Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana, Vermont and Florida. I have over 17 years of post graduate experience and have worked in a variety of settings such as inpatient, outpatient, private practice, addiction treatment centers and correctional settings. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, stress, parenting struggles, substance abuse, relationship conflict (for individuals), women's health concerns and life transitions. I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health (Perinatal Mental Health, pre or postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD or for Maternal wellness and support). I also understand how peri menopause and menopause can impact a woman's emotional and physical wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I understand the importance of taking an intersectional approach to therapy and recognize the unique challenges that can arise from multiple marginalized identities. Choosing a provider can be difficult. If you are searching for someone who thinks outside the box, does not give textbook answers and is solution focused, look no further. Let's begin your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

As a provider, I value diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including different races, ethnicities, religions, and abilities.
