Great to meet you!

You're here because something needs to change, and that takes courage. I'm Jennifer, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 17 years of experience working with individuals, teens, and families across Florida and Indiana. I specialize in maternal mental health, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use. I don't do cookie-cutter therapy — I adapt to you, your pace, and your life.

My approach to therapy

I'm solution-focused and intersectional, meaning I look at the whole picture — not just symptoms. Whether you're struggling through postpartum depression, processing trauma, or trying to get a handle on anxiety or ADHD, I meet you where you are without judgment. Practical, creative, and grounded — that's how I work.

What you can expect from me

A conversation, not an intake form. We'll talk about what's going on, what you want to feel differently, and what working together could look like. You don't need to have it figured out before we start. I'm fully virtual, flexible, and in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Carelon, and Ascension.
