I am a school counselor for over 15 years with an array of experience working with teenagers, parents and families. In addition, I am a licensed mental health clinician for over 8 years, working with all ages in different areas such as depression, anxiety, adhd and behavioral management, couple and individual provided as well as family.

I provide mental health services in a holistic environment with the focus on the whole individual as well as the family if appropriate. I bring a positive non judgmental approach to assist my clients in working through their mental health concerns.
