Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here. I am passionate about the power of story to overcome shame and build resilience. I believe when you go unheard, you go unhealed. Through compassionate connection, we'll create a brave space where your story can unfold at your pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on the power of story and compassionate connection to foster growth and healing. Therapy is the perfect space for your story to be unwrapped. We will unpack and discover the gift of your story at your pace. You will build confidence and resilience as you share in the brave space we create together.

What you can expect from me

The first session can be anxiety-provoking. Know that there is no blueprint for your personal therapy journey. I am ready to engage you and get to know you at your pace. I generally ask questions regarding your family of origin, gather an overview of your life experiences, and work to gain an understanding of what brings you to therapy.
