Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Jennifer Jaeckel and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of AZ. I have over 20 years of experience working with a variety of populations; including those who have experienced depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self -esteem, work related issues, and finding meaning and purpose in life.

My approach to therapy

I use a person- centered approach, allowing you to lead our sessions at a rate you are comfortable with, and to focus on the issues that you want to address. We can explore your past and work through traumas and hurts and/or take a more solution focused approach to the challenges you are facing today. Ultimately, I like to help my clients find a healthy balance in their lives, prioritize their own health and well- being, and be able to feel more present and joyful in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe space for clients so you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings without judgement. We will work together to set meaningful and attainable short term and long term goals so you can begin to experience a more fulfilling and enjoyable life.
