Great to meet you!

I've always been drawn to understanding why people stay stuck. Even early on, I noticed friends and family who were smart and talented but couldn't seem to get out of their own way. That curiosity led me to study psychology and eventually get my master's in clinical social work. I knew I wanted to help people who were ready to change but needed someone to help them see what they couldn't see on their own. I added life coaching certification because I realized some clients needed more than just insight, they needed practical tools to move forward. Now my approach combines both: we identify what's holding you back, shift the thoughts and patterns keeping you stuck, and build the confidence you need to create real, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Now my approach combines both: we identify what's holding you back, shift the thoughts and patterns keeping you stuck, and build the confidence you need to create real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will get to know each other and I will ask you a lot of questions to get a better understanding of what will help you most. After that we will set goals for our work together and you can ask me any questions you may have. Most clients feel better just by being able to talk about what they are going through in a safe, non-judgmental space.
