My approach to therapy

I'm an integrated therapist with skills in the following theoretical orientations: CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused, IFS, ACT, Person-Centered Therapy, REBT, and Neuropsychotherapy. Therapy utilized is based on the client's presentation and need as well as the desired therapeutic process.
