Jennifer is a licensed psychologist in the state of Arizona. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and began a career in human services while working in rural Alaska. She obtained her MSW degree at Eastern Washington University and worked in social services, behavioral health, and healthcare for over a decade before returning to school to obtain her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling Psychology at Alaska Pacific University.

My approach to therapy

Jennifer specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, adjustment, and trauma- informed care. She has a special interest in Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
