Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Jennifer, it’s great to meet you. I am and LPC-S and have been in practice since 2020 in Texas. I graduated from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in Seattle, WA in 2014. I've worked in private practice and behavioral health hospital outpatient programs. I have knowledge with educational testing as well.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, integrating evidence-based practices from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I tailor therapy to each individual's unique experiences and goals, empowering clients to build emotional resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, relationship concerns, neurodivergence, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I strive to provide a supportive space where growth and healing can occur at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

I believe that healing happens through a safe, collaborative relationship where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood though it’s normal to feel nervous and anxious before starting. Even if you’ve been in therapy before, it can be hard to open up to a new person. At my practice, I believe every person's story matters. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, strengthen the skills that help you thrive, and work toward a life that aligns with your values and goals. My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. Tell me about why you’re here, I can’t wait to know more about you.
