Great to meet you!

Life is messy, unpredictable, and doesn't exactly come with an instruction manual. I believe people deserve to be understood, not squeezed into a box. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 24 years of experiences offering a warm, down-to-earth, person-centered approach with a little humor along the way. Therapy should fit YOU, not the other way around.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as you are. Using a blend of person-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, creativity, and humor, we'll find what works for YOU. Forget the traditional toolbox of coping skills; I prefer fanny pack of coping skills! Practical, personalized tools you can carry with you and pull out whenever life throws you a curveball.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know YOU and your story. We'll take time to connect, explore what brought you here, and begin figuring out what you'd like to get out of therapy. My goal is to create a relaxed, judgment-free space where you fell genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Just bring your wonderfully complicated self, and we'll take it from there, one step at a time.
