Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I earned my master's degree from Troy University and am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs.

I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and substance use concerns. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood.

Together, we will explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and build on your strengths to create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to helping you gain the tools and confidence needed to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I provide individualized, evidence-based therapy tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My goal is to help you build practical coping skills to assist with lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or looking to improve your overall well-being, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
