Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, and the lasting impact of trauma, including sexual assault and emotional neglect. My style is collaborative, direct, and grounded in emotional safety. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you don’t have to minimize your experiences or “hold it together” in order to be supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates trauma-focused and attachment-based care, drawing from EMDR-informed work, EFT, DBT skills, and relational therapy. I help clients understand emotional patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and build boundaries that support healthier relationships. Therapy is both reflective and practical, connecting past experiences to present reactions while developing tools for coping, communication, and emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what feels most important right now. We move at a pace that prioritizes emotional safety and stabilization, not pressure to disclose everything at once. You can expect thoughtful questions, validation, and support, along with grounding tools if you’re feeling overwhelmed. The goal is clarity, relief, and a sense of partnership from the start.
