Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I offer a grounded, collaborative space for healing and growth. I’m a trauma‐informed, neurodivergent‐affirming therapist and LGBTQIA‐ally who values autonomy, clarity, and emotional safety. I work at your pace and help you build tools that support regulation, confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, transparent, and deeply respectful of autonomy. I’m a trauma‐informed, neurodivergent‐affirming therapist and LGBTQIA‐ally who works collaboratively to help you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build skills that support healing and confidence

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, steady first session focused on helping them feel safe, understood, and not rushed. I start by learning what’s bringing them in, what feels most overwhelming, and what pace feels manageable for their nervous system. I explain how I work—trauma‐informed, neurodivergent‐affirming, LGBTQIA‐ally, and autonomy‐centered—so they know what to expect moving forward. By the end, they usually leave with a clearer sense of direction and a plan for next steps that feels doable.
