Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), positive psychology, and solution-focused approaches to bring about sustainable positive change. People come to me who are struggling with anxiety, excessive worry, perfectionism, self-criticism, and feelings of self-doubt related to difficulties with relationships, communication, career transitions, stress, and/or health concerns. I also have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) to address fears and concerns related to obsessive and compulsive tendencies (OCD). In addition to private practice, I have worked in a variety of settings including corporations, hospitals, colleges, and primary care facilities.

My approach to therapy

Through our collaborative efforts, we will identify your strengths and uncover ones you may not even recognize. When combined with the additional skills and strategies you will gain in therapy, these strengths will help you cope with the past, conquer current fears and stressors, and overcome future obstacles on your path. We will work together to help you enjoy your life and relationships again, live fully in the present, and look forward to your future.

What you can expect from me

As a psychologist, I tend to be warm and understanding while actively participating in the therapeutic process through ongoing feedback and observations to help you reach your goals.
