Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for more than 20 years and absolutely love what I do- supporting my clients to live the happiest and healthiest life that they can! I My specialty is gender affirming care as well as working and living within the LGBTQAI community. I have been told that I am laid back and easy to talk to. A big part of success in therapy comes from finding the right therapist that you can trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps people learn how to identify destructive thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions to help support them to change these behaviors through goals and objectives.

What you can expect from me

I am friendly, easy going and utilize my sense of humor to ease anxieties about the process of therapy. Clients can feel trusting and supported in their journey.
