Great to meet you!

I have 15 years of experience as a therapist. You are all so unique. I love hearing each person's story. It enables me to be more specific in sessions. I like to work collaboratively. I want to know what you need at this point in your life. I welcome feedback. I attended U.S.C. as an undergrad and I attended California State University Los Angeles for my Masters degree in Psychology. I think everyone deserves to be happy. If I can be of assistance to you, that is my goal.

My approach to therapy

I think it's important to find out what my client is looking to accomplish. My clients are the priority. I do use ACT, CBT, as well as SFT. I like to understand what's going on with my clients based on their perspective and upbringing. This helps me meet them where they are and understand their challenges.

What you can expect from me

I have a sense of humor. I don't laugh at clients, but I have anxiety so I know what it feels like. I like people, so it is always a kick to meet new clients. I want to help. It is why I pursued work as a therapist.
