Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. Over the course of my career I have worked with all age groups. After graduating I worked in Community Mental Health providing in-home therapy for children, teens and families. After taking a few years off to raise a family of my own, I returned and began working with adults, couples and teens, and their families who are primarily struggling with anxiety, depression and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

It is really important to me to meet a client where they are. We feel what we feel and process things in different ways. I am here to guide you as you find the skills that work best for you as we review previously learned skills and learn new ones. We will work together to explore your struggles and set goals to help you achieve the progress you want and need.

What you can expect from me

I believe you have the strength within to meet the challenges you are facing head on and you will come out stronger than before. It is my hope that my clients will see their own strength and feel motivated to begin moving in the direction of healing as they leave their sessions with me.
