Hello. My ideal client is looking for a therapist to help them reach their goals, move through their feelings and thrive. My clients want to learn how to accept themselves and how to be present to those they love. Usually, my clients seek a safe environment with a compassionate therapist so they can get to the underlying issues that may stand in the way of achieving their goals. They want to move forward even when afraid and to live the lives they dream of.

I value collaboration when it comes to working with clients. The goals are theirs; I just help them get there. I use multiple therapies and strategies suited to each client's needs. I love to help others to tolerate their feelings using polyvagal and somatic approaches and experiential work.

During our first session we will establish a safe environment and collaborate on the goals you have and how to work on them.
