Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with eating disorders and substance abuse. One of my favorite parts of the being a therapist is getting to witness my clients grow and make positive changes in their lives. Struggling with food, body image, substances, can feel incredibly scary and isolating and one of my big goals is to provide the support my clients need so they don't feel like these issues are something they are having to navigate alone.

My approach to therapy

My biggest goal in working with my clients is being able to meet them where they are at with the things they come into therapy struggling with in order to help them to make positive changes in their lives. I work with clients frequently around concepts such as intuitive eating, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy to help my clients reach their goals!

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel like they are the guide in terms of what we are working on in therapy and that they feel comfortable with the actions they are taking to work towards them. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment. I know the idea of coming into therapy can be nerve racking and I want to do everything I can to help my clients feel comfortable sharing what they are struggling with.
