Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with 17 years of clinical experience in both outpatient mental health care and as an integrated mental health care provider in medical settings. I received training from an APA accredited graduate program based on the scientist-practitioner model and practice within the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) orientation. I serve adults and older adults, managing a variety of mental health and medical conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and encouraging, while holding space for emotional processing and problem solving. I assist clients in building emotional and behavioral regulation skills, enhancing health promoting behaviors and self-care practices, all in service of improving quality of life, emotionally and physically.

What you can expect from me

You are the expert on you and I am here to assist you in reaching your goals to optimize your emotional health and well-being. Together, we will identify your most pressing needs, set goals, and support the behavioral changes that make sense for you, consistent with your values and preferences.
