Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a graduate of John Carroll University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by trauma, and I approach this work with deep compassion, respect, and a belief in each person’s inherent capacity for healing.

What I love most about my work is empowering individuals and families to recognize their inherent strengths and draw upon the resources they already possess. Through this process, clients are able to reconnect with their intrinsic value and create meaningful, positive changes that support their overall well-being. Whether you are navigating a season of grief, heartache, or significant life transitions, we can work together to begin your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in a collaborative, team-based model—where the client and therapist are co-experts in the journey toward growth. With a relational worldview and a client-centered foundation, my goal is to support clients in building meaningful, lasting connections with themselves, their loved ones, their spiritual beliefs, and the environments in which they live.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and authentic space where people feel seen, heard, and valued. Together, we explore healing pathways that are grounded in connection, empowerment, and purposeful transformation.
